The Internet reporting hotline is here again!
That’s all. Strangers helping strangers, passing on knowledge.
When that knowledge extends to how to save money, people flock to it.
One woman on TikTok, a wealth acquisition coach named Nina, has some sage advice for all of us.
So listen.
She started her mini TED talk by saying that she knows people who pay $0 a month for internet…!
Okay, now I’m listening.
“This is the Affordable Connectivity Program – an FCC benefit program designed to ensure that households can afford WiFi.”
She further explained, “They can save up to $30 on your cable bill.”
“The website will also tell you how to qualify, but be sure to register.”
I mean you’ve sold me! Where do I sign – oh wait. That’s literally what she said.
This particular registration period is now expected to end on February 7th.
But I’ll be checking back regularly to see if they restart the program later this year.
Be sure to check out her details here:
@nina_moneymentor I think affordable connectivity plans are pretty cool since Wi-Fi and cable TV prices seem to have skyrocketed in the past few years. Now I feel like I’m back in the 2010s! 😌But yes, a friend of mine told me they pay zero dollars a month! #affordableconnectivityprogram #triballands #internetbill #highspeedinternet

Let’s see what people say, shall we?
In the meantime, one commenter had some great suggestions for alternatives.
Another person had great advice on things to do with college students.
The internet certainly delivers!
Seriously, I’m checking this out right now!
Now that you’ve read the story, take a look at this story about a delivery driver who returned a $400 grocery order because he didn’t get a tip.
