Pokémon Legends ZA announced to be released on Switch in 2025
Yesterday’s Pokemon Presents didn’t give Switch players much to ponder, but it did offer one important thing. Pokemon Legends ZA was the “last thing” on the demo and was announced for a simultaneous worldwide release in 2025.Details are obviously sparse at the moment, but the game appears to be at least partially set in Lumiose City from PokemonXY It looks like this version of the city is going to be huge. The trailer doesn’t reveal much, but it does show how big the game could become. Give it a watch.

Piczle Cross: Story of Seasons ($9.99)
In the past, one had to rely on one or two non-figures/Picross Puzzle games throughout the console’s lifetime. If you’re lucky! Of course, we are inundated with this nowadays.Jupiter is setting Picross Games later this week, e.g. three thousand Puzzles are available as DLC. We all have at least some of this on our Switch consoles. So what situation should be added here?
I think the answer is in the title. Piczle Cross: The Story of the Seasons As we know, the game is named after the creator of the farming simulation game we know, the artist formerly known as Harvest Moon, the story of the seasons. From the beginning, I called this a good thing. Puzzles are more interesting when they have a theme, especially one with recognizable characters and objects. That’s not to say I don’t like more versatile products. After all, solving puzzles is the main source of satisfaction here. But a theme can help a game stand out, especially if you have some affection for the subject.
Piczle Cross: The Story of the Seasons Tying into the theme in some interesting ways. Obviously, the solutions to the puzzles are all related to the series in some way. This is a given. Behind the puzzles, you can watch your farm slowly build up as you progress. Solve a puzzle whose picture turns out to be a hoe, which can now be used by the character working on the farm. It adds an extra layer of progression to the game, which is appreciated. As you solve puzzles and seasons pass, the puzzle UI itself will undergo some cosmetic changes.You’ll also fill out your almanac as you play, which is like a virtual guide to everything story of seasons Games released so far. Note, only people with that name. But it shows all the characters, even their likes and dislikes. Cool.
Cut the topic, Piczle Cross: The Story of the Seasons At its core, it’s a well-made non-graphical puzzle game. You have access to a variety of options, including various assistance that can make the game easier to play. Each of the four main aids is represented by a specific tool, and you can see at a glance how long it took to solve any given puzzle and which aids you used. There’s a lot of flexibility here to allow players to do things their own way, which is what people really need. There’s also a nice diary that shows a bunch of statistics, which I do like.
In terms of content, you can solve over three hundred puzzles here. These include 270 regular puzzles of varying sizes and 5 “tile puzzles,” each consisting of several individual puzzles. It’s enough to keep you playing for a long time, and the motivation to complete the almanac and farm is a strong reason to keep solving these puzzles until there are no more. For non-image fans, this is undoubtedly a good meal.
I only have a few complaints about the game, and they’re relatively minor complaints. The game doesn’t support touch controls, and while I know they’re really impractical for the larger puzzles, there are enough smaller puzzles included that I wish I could click and swipe here and there while playing handheld model. I also wish the cursor speed could be adjusted. It feels a little too slow for me, and that’s unfortunate considering there are so many other things you can tweak.
If you like solving non-graph/Picross Puzzles and you like Story of Seasons, this is a smart choice.It perfectly integrates the franchise it’s named after into a very solid cross pattern frame. I think it’s also a good gateway for people who haven’t been exposed to non-tu before, and its subject matter isn’t so overbearing as to turn off people who don’t have strong feelings. story of seasons. This might be my favorite game of this type since Jupiter put Sega’s chocolate in its Picross peanut butter.

It has another huge open world with hundreds of characters, tons of quests to complete, and tons of enemies to fight. It has a lot of rough spots and has as many technical issues as its predecessor, but if you were able to see through it the first time, I think you can do it again.
Dead End City ($14.99)
It’s a vertical shooter where you control a car instead of a jet. In fact, you can choose from five different options. In terms of how this affects gameplay, you need to be constantly replenishing your energy. Cars need fuel, airplanes don’t. It’s just science, kids. Looks good, although I think the price is a bit high. But maybe it’s worth it. That’s for you to decide, not some weird middle-aged guy on the internet.
