The Xbox Series X/S version of “Final Fantasy 14 Online” will be released on March 21

Square Enix announces March 21 release date Final Fantasy 14 OnlineOn Xbox Series X/S.

In addition to the release date, Square Enix also announced that the starter version will be available through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks for a limited time from launch until April 19th.

Final Fantasy 14 Online Xbox Series X/S release date trailer.

Announced for Series X/S during the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest 2023 event in Las Vegas in July 2023, the digital-only version supports cross-platform play and will be available in 4K on Xbox Series X support.

Later this summer, FF14 players can look forward to Dawntrail, the upcoming fifth expansion pack for the MMORPG. It features two new classes, Pictomacer and Viper, new cities and regions, additional raids, dungeons, and a new limited class called Beastmaster.

It will bring new lifestyle content, a higher level cap, new allied clans, and new core combat content like Destiny, Hunting, Treasure Hunts, Side Quests, and more—including graphical updates.

Before the MMORPG hits Microsoft’s latest consoles on March 21, you can get an early taste of it by playing the open beta on Xbox Series X/S.

Final Fantasy 14 Online is available now on Mac, PC, PlayStation 4 and PS5.
