  5. Find and click Amazon Alexa.

To start using the app:

If you’re looking for another way to improve the audio quality of your Sonos speakers besides Trueplay, there are some software features built into Sonos that can help. On home theater speakers, especially Sonos soundbars, you can use the voice enhancement feature to enhance the vocals of whatever you’re watching on your TV.

Assuming your TV has Sonos speakers connected, to enable voice enhancement:

  1. Turn on the TV and make sure the audio is playing through the Sonos home theater speakers.
  2. Open sonos app.
  3. Click system The tab in the center of the bottom menu bar.
  4. choose Your home theater speakers and open Now playing screen.
  5. Click speech enhancement Button (dialog box) turns speech enhancement on and off.

If you watch TV at low volumes at night, you can turn on night sounds to rebalance the audio so that what you’re watching is easy to understand without waking anyone up at higher volumes.

To turn off the LED status light:

  1. Open sonos app.
