The game was originally released for consoles and Windows PC, and was briefly banned from some storefronts due to incorrect ratings. It’s back, and now there’s a MacOS port, which you can access by purchasing the game on Steam.

LocalThunk also said they plan to update the game with balance changes and potentially add new Jokers, and publisher Playstack said it’s currently working on merchandise options – including physical decks of Balatero cards.
A release date for the iPhone or Android port hasn’t been confirmed yet; iMore asked about LocalThunk, but no dice were cast. Please note: There is already a “Balatro Poker” on the App Store, but it is not the game you are looking for.
