Google One is the company’s subscription service that offers multiple tiers to expand your cloud storage for a monthly fee. Storage can be shared with your family, but that’s just the beginning – there are other benefits to the subscription.

What Google One includes and how much it costs
Google One is divided into three main tiers:
- 100 GB plan: For $2 per month or $20 per year, you get 100 GB of space to share with up to 5 family members, plus access to Google Experts, Play Store credits, special editing features in Google Photos, Google hardware discounts, and Featured hotel deals.
- 200 GB plan: For $3 per month or $30 per year, you get 200 GB and the same benefits as above, plus 3% back on purchases from the Google Store.
- 2TB plan: For $10 per month or $100 per year, you get 2 TB of home sharing, the same benefits as the first tier, 10% back on purchases from the Google Store, and VPN for Android and iOS.
In case 2 TB isn’t enough, you can increase the storage, but the option to upgrade to a larger plan is only available to current subscribers and in select countries. Here are the plans (no annual discounts on 10, 20, or 30 TB plans):
