Tecno Pova 6 Pro review

Introduction and specifications

The Tecno Pova 5 Pro was released just six months ago, so the Tecno Pova 6 Pro should be a minor update to its predecessor. However, as the name suggests, there is more to it.

The Pova 6 Pro now offers a 120Hz OLED panel instead of an IPS LCD for about the same price; it introduces a 108MP main camera, replacing the old 50MP shooter, and upgrades the battery capacity from 5,000 mAh to 6,000 mAh. Charging should also be slightly faster, and reverse wired charging should now be supported.

The new phone also retains the Dimensity 6080, which is good news because the Pova 5 Pro performed well in our tests, ranking high among similarly priced competitors.

Additionally, the Pova 6 Pro is now IP53 dust and splash resistant and sports a new design, but still based on a similar design language. The LED light strip on the back is also retained.

Tecno Pova 6 Pro unboxing
