The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 launched last year had an aluminum frame, while the current Galaxy S24 Ultra (the most expensive in the Galaxy S series) is the only smartphone in Samsung’s portfolio to use a titanium frame. Therefore, it’s not surprising to know that the Fold6 may come with a titanium frame, as it will be more expensive and more advanced than the Flip6.

However, it is unclear whether the Galaxy Z Flip6 will also switch to a titanium frame or continue to use an aluminum frame. It’s probably the latter.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 are rumored to launch in July, so expect to hear more about foldable phones in the coming months.
