In December last year, WhatsApp rolled out the ability to pin messages in one-to-one conversations and group chats, but you could only pin one message in a conversation. This comes after Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and WhatsApp head Will Cathcart announced that users can now add up to three messages to individual and group chats changed.
Users can pin different types of messages, including text, images, and polls. To pin a message, you must press and hold the message, select “Pin” from the menu, and select a duration. By default, the message will be pinned for 7 days, but you can also pin it for 24 hours or 30 days. After this duration, the message will be automatically unpinned if not manually unpinned.
Additionally, when you click on a pinned message, you can navigate to the entire message in the conversation.
If you loved pinning one message, you’ll love pinning three messages

In a group chat, group admins can allow members to pin messages, and all members of the group will be notified when a message is pinned. However, users who join the group after pinning the message will not see the message. It also won’t be seen by people who don’t have a history with the group chat or who deleted the message before pinning it.
