Samsung Galaxy C55 is now available on Google Play Console

Nearly seven years after the last member was launched, Samsung is preparing to relaunch the Galaxy C series. A listing on the Google Play Console shows that a phone called the Galaxy C55 will be available soon. The model number is m55xqeea, which means it is likely to be a Galaxy M55 (it is also rumored to be called Galaxy F55) specifically for a different market or sales channel.

The phone comes with the key specifications of Galaxy M55/F55 – Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, up to 8 GB RAM and Android 14 out-of-the-box.

The phone is equipped with three cameras in the photo, and if the C55 is the same as the rumored M55, the cameras may be a 50 MP main lens, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP portrait lens.

The listing doesn’t provide information about the Galaxy C55’s final release, but we expect it to be released soon as the phone’s final software has been approved by the Google Play Console.
