Don’t Starve is getting its own desktop version

One of the best survival games is the board game by Glass Cannon Unplugged, a roguelike classic from Klei Entertainment don’t starve.

Crowdfunding via Kickstarter, Don’t Starve: The Board Game Take 1-4 players into the randomly generated world of Ganges, a strange and dangerous realm where magic and science intertwine.

As one of the iconic characters of video games, you and your friends need to use your wits to overcome fate, find a way to survive, and survive.

Game mechanics center around player choice, dynamic combat, and exploration in both day and night conditions. Its visual design even fully embodies the art style of the Don’t Starve video game.

You can also continue to enjoy additional content available through expansions, add-ons, and future retail releases.

Designed by Rafa Pieczynski, lead developer of the award-winning Frostpunk: The Board Game. Narrative direction is handled by Jakub Wisniewski, known for This War of Mine and Frostpunk: The Board Game, and Natanel Vo-Apfel of Into The Outside: Prelude.

Glass Cannon Unplugged’s current collaborations include the Apex Legends: The Board Game event with Genuine Entertainment and Electronic Arts, as well as a board game adaptation of Techland’s Dying Light.

If you’re unfamiliar with the video game Don’t Starve, you should immediately familiarize yourself with the wilderness survival game. Really good.

You play as Wilson, a gentleman with a gorgeous beard, filled with science and magic, trapped by a demon and transported into a mysterious world filled with strange creatures, dangers, and surprises.

As Wilson, you must learn to take advantage of the environment and its inhabitants. You’ll need to spend your time gathering resources to craft items and structures – but use your time wisely and don’t get stuck in darkness with no light source. Hope you live long enough to escape and find your way home.

There are 19 playable characters that can be unlocked once certain abilities and requirements are met.

Since the game’s release in 2013, Klei Entertainment has released three single-player DLCs: Don’t Starve: Reign of Giants, Don’t Starve: Shipwrecked, and Don’t Starve: Hamlet.

If you want to play some survival co-op, you should try Don’t Starve, the game’s standalone multiplayer expansion.
