As we continue preparations for our full Tecno Spark 20 Pro+ review, we decided to share the battery results from our testing.
The device runs on the Helio G99 chipset and is built around a large 6.78-inch OLED panel running at 120Hz. It has one of the largest screens in this price range, which will certainly have a considerable impact on battery life. The 5,000mAh battery seems to handle it well, though.
Spark 20 Pro+ achieved Active usage score was 11 minutes and 56 seconds, slightly above the average for this class. It has particularly good web-browsing stamina, but gaming drains the battery faster than most of its peers.
Notably, the Infinix Hot 40 Pro is the only phone among our picks of direct competitors that matches the Spark 20 Pro+’s screen diagonal and is able to post better overall results, while the Poco M6 Pro and Redmi Note The 13 Pro 4G both trails Tecno’s offering but has a smaller display.
Stay tuned for our review, it will be posted next week!
