We might get a cheaper Galaxy Z Fold6 or Galaxy Z Fold6 Ultra, depending on the rumors of the day. Today, rumors point to the latter.
A model called SM-F958 has appeared in South Korea, sparking speculation that it is the expected Ultra Z Fold device. The reasoning behind these assumptions has to do with Samsung’s nomenclature. You see, Galaxy Z Fold5 is SM-946while Galaxy Z Fold4 is SM-936which leads us to expect the Galaxy Z Fold6 to be SM-956. Galaxy S24 Ultra is SM-928.
So, following this logic, we assume that the terminal of a regular phone is 6while Ultra logs in 8.
Unfortunately, that’s all we have to go on for now. The source of the report posits that the device could end up being exclusive to South Korea, which we find hard to believe. Given the way Samsung always does things, we expect the manufacturer to launch its Ultra phones globally.
Samsung is expected to launch Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6 and Galaxy Ring in July. Early renders suggest the Galaxy Z Fold6 may look very similar to the current model.
