Another Google Pixel 8a spec sheet leaks, pointing to battery bump

The Google Pixel 8a has been a regular fixture in the rumor mill lately. Today, we have a spec sheet to share with you.According to the prompter Yogesh Brar On the X, we have the key specs of the upcoming phone, along with pricing and release window.

According to his information, Pixel 8a will be equipped with a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Internally, the Tensor G3 will be ticked for the 8 and 8 Pro, with 128 GB or 256 GB of storage.

Camera-wise, the same 64 MP OIS main camera and 13 MP ultrawide camera are expected as on the Pixel 7a, as is the 13MP selfie shooter on the front.

This is where it gets interesting. Brar’s information shows that the Pixel 8a will have “approximately” a 4,500mAh battery, which is a slight increase from the 7a’s 4,385mAh battery pack. He confirmed previous reports that the 8a will feature 27W wired charging. There’s no word on wireless charging, but the 7a does offer 7.5W of power, and we expect the 8a to do the same.

Finally, the Pixel 8a will launch in May and will cost around $500 to $550.
