In last week’s poll, the vivo X Fold3 Pro was the clear winner – 42% of voters were interested in buying one, which looks even more impressive if we exclude the 19% who weren’t planning to buy a foldable phone .
The Pro has a lot going for it compared to its peers—a faster chipset, a better telephoto camera, a bigger, faster battery, and water resistance are all highlights. The regular X Fold3 may be the lightest book-style foldable phone yet, but the Pro is already light enough (219 grams vs. 236 grams).
The X Fold3 Pro costs about 43% more than the regular model, but the advantages seem to be worth it for most people. About 12% of voters selected the “cost too high” option. Many more are undecided and are waiting for comments to make a decision.
Turning to vivo X Fold3, we see that the most popular option is “I want Pro”. As we said, it’s the clear winner. A fair number of voters are considering the regular model, but most agree that if you’re going to spend money on a cutting-edge foldable flagship, you’re better off buying something better.
There’s no news of an international launch of the X Fold3 models yet, but we did hear this week that they will get 5.5G connectivity (along with the vivo X100 series).
