Specs of the upcoming vivo T3x were leaked last week and today the brand is officially kicking off a teaser campaign for the device in India in partnership with Flipkart, the retailer that sells the device. Flipkart has prepared a landing page for the T3x, showcasing its back design, as shown below.
This will be a drip-feed event, with new details about the phone revealed every few days. The next “launch” is scheduled for this Friday, April 12th, when we’ll get an official look at the chipset it uses. Currently we only know that it is built using a 4nm process and beats the Dimensity 6080 and Dimensity 6100+ in AnTuTu.
Rumor has it that it’s the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, but let’s wait for the official confirmation, shall we? Regardless, the teaser also reveals that the T3x will support 5G and will be priced under INR 15,000 ($180 or €166 at current exchange rates). How many Below that level is unclear.
A week later, on April 15, Flipkart will announce the battery capacity of the T3x. According to rumors last week, its capacity will be 6,000 mAh, which is good value for money.
At this rate of spec-by-spec teasing, it doesn’t look like the T3x will be fully official for the next few weeks, but it could still launch by the end of the month. We will keep you posted.
