Good news for Haikyu fans: the latest film in the series finally has an international release date

if you are a volleyball If you’ve been eagerly awaiting the international release of Dumpster Wars, you’ll be pleased to hear that Crunchyroll has finally confirmed the news.

Fans of Japan’s volleyball sports anime Haikyuu were able to watch the latest movie back in February, but so far there’s been no news of an international release. Yesterday, however, Crunchyroll announced different dates for viewing the film in different regions, with the film eventually releasing in the UK and US on May 31st. On the same day, the film will also be released in Canada, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain and Sweden. In fact, in several countries like Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Italy, it will be released a day earlier, but in other countries, like Turkey and Germany, it will be released later.

Susumu Mitsunaka has been the director of several volleyball projects over the years, including the original series. He also directed and wrote the script for Production IG’s “Dumpster War”

Crunchyroll also announced the release date for Blue Lock the Movie – Episode Nagi -, which will be released in the United States on June 28, and confirmed that Overlord: Sacred Kingdom will also be released internationally.
