Blue Sky cancels registration policy for heads of state

When Bluesky developed its Heads of State policy, the site was still in the stage of being exposed to everyone and its moderation methods were not yet in place. As Bluesky updates its policy, world leaders have taken to other platforms, including Mastodon.
