Samsung reportedly plans to bring some Galaxy AI features to several older flagship phones and tablets next month via the One UI 6.1 update 9 to 5 google and Android Centerboth citing posts from Samsung representatives on the Korean company’s community forums. edge Samsung has been contacted for further comment.
Starting in 2022, a slightly stripped-down version of Galaxy AI (without Instant Slow-Mo) will appear in Samsung’s flagship lineup, specifically the S22, S22 Plus, S22 Ultra, Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, Tab S8, and Tab S8 Extremist. Each device will come with the same version of Galaxy AI as Samsung’s lower-priced Galaxy S23 FE. The Instant Slow-Mo feature, which automatically plays videos in slow motion when you click on them, was introduced with Galaxy AI in the S24 series, but is now also available in the S23 models.
