Celebrities accepting and learning how to accept certain compliments is becoming my new favorite genre, and Logan Lerman is the latest to join the lore.
There are quite a few men on the Internet who are considered “internet boyfriends” – from Michael B. Jordan to Jeremy Allen White to Timothée Chalamet Timothée Chalamet and Pedro Pascal – and the list seems to be getting longer.
Logan was also placed in this category and has held that position for many years. At a recent press conference for his new TV series, we are luckyOn ETalk, ETalk asked Logan how he felt knowing he was “one of the longest-running internet boyfriends ever” and that so many people were proud of him.
Hearing the words of appreciation, Logan’s face suddenly lit up.
After fully digesting this sentence, Logan became shy and didn’t know how to respond. It’s so sweet to watch him go through a range of emotions in such a short period of time, and you can tell this moment really means something to him.
“Well, that’s nice of you to say that,” Logan said. “I don’t even know what to do with it. It’s really sweet.”
“I didn’t recognize that at all — or, I didn’t recognize that until you said it now, and it’s really sweet and feels really good.”
Logan, who got engaged to longtime girlfriend Ana Louisa Corrigan last year, added that this was new information for him. He thought he might wither in his chair because he was “so uncomfortable.”
“It’s really nice to hear that and it means a lot. In fact, you think it means a lot to me.”
