OPPO is expected to return to Europe after reaching an agreement with Nokia and resolving all patent disputes Nokia had with it. Now, the Android phone maker has announced a comeback.

according to Max JamballOPPO issued a statement confirming that it will return to the area it left not long ago. The company added that all countries where it had previously operated will start selling its products again.

People in all European countries where OPPO has been will soon have access to OPPO’s innovative products again.
OPPO will form a three-year strategic alliance with Telefónica Group to strengthen its expansion in Europe.

Nokia was forced to withdraw from the market due to a lawsuit over the use of 5G patents in its devices. At the time, OPPO claimed that it was only temporarily suspending operations in the region while it negotiated with Nokia.

In addition to re-entering Europe, OPPO appears to have struck a major partnership. OPPO said it is forming a three-year “strategic alliance” with Telefónica, a mobile operator with a large presence in Europe.

This development makes OPPO the third BBK electronics company to re-enter Europe after OnePlus and Vivo.
