LANCASTER — The city of Lancaster has launched free Wi-Fi service in two city parks, marking an important step toward promoting connectivity and accessibility for all residents, city officials said step.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Monday afternoon at Jane Reynolds Park to celebrate the launch of PoppyFi: free Wi-Fi powered by Poppy.
