Powers of Ten ($11.99)
This is a pretty solid multi-directional roguelite shooter. Fly around, blow up bad guys, rescue people, and upgrade your ship to make all of the above easier. It’s a relatively simple game, and there’s not a lot to dig into, but the basic loop works so well that you might be surprised to find yourself returning to it often.more like strength often, I would say. Okay, I’ll leave now. But I’ll be back to write about the next game, so I won’t be gone too long.
Master Maker 3D Ultimate ($4.99)
A simple 3D platformer with 50 pre-built stages and a level editor that lets you do your own thing. It doesn’t look like you can share the levels, but at least that’s the thing. Additionally, if you complete fifty normal stages, you’ll unlock hundreds of bonus stages to solve. For five bucks, it’s a decent value, even if the basic mechanics are a little… rough around the edges.
