Two fans make Scythe Fuma 3 even cooler

Compact tower cooler for most situations

The fact is that processors have gotten hotter over the years, which means CPU coolers have gotten bigger and bigger. Not every box can withstand one kilogram of metal and a height of nearly 170 millimeters. The Scythe Fuma 3 still weighs just over a kilogram, but is a more modest 154mm tall. It features a twin-tower design with two Scythe Kaze Flex II 120 Slim PWM fans for pushing air through the radiator.

Performance from both AMD and Intel is good, not top notch, but certainly capable of keeping the heat under control. Noise pressure from the low-speed fan was slightly higher than expected, but topped out at 51dBa. Two very nice features of the Fuma 3 are the complete lack of RGB and the $55 price tag.

Find out how it stacks up against the competition at TechPowerUp.
