A Reddit member who yelled at a woman for making fun of her pet dog has been found not guilty. Marvelous Darlink explained that she was pushing her 14-year-old Shih Tzu mix in a stroller due to joint problems when a mother mocked the dog and received an angry response.

“My husband and I were on vacation and we brought our old dog with us because we take her everywhere we go,” she continued. “So we’re walking down a busy sidewalk and this woman [with] Her friends and their children – at least four of them – pointed to our dog in the stroller and said, ‘Oh no. ‘”
The pedestrian then started giggling, drawing her friend’s attention to the dog, according to Dalinke’s post. Eventually, the women and their children surrounded the pram, and the first woman asked, “Are you serious? This isn’t a baby.”
Why are dog owners angry?
“These are my children,” she said, pointing to them. Dalinck claimed the inappropriate remark was “as if I were playing parent by putting my dog in a stroller.”

“I voluntarily choose not to have children. Such parents are so disrespectful. It’s as if the world revolves around children. How dare I put my old dog in a stroller?” [because] Strollers are just for kids! “said the dog’s parent.
The dog owner, infuriated by the stranger’s words, blurted out profanities, told her to get out of the way and told the dog’s parents to go away, and then began pushing down the sidewalk.
Dalenk then met the mother, who was angry at being cursed in front of her children. Yet she kept walking, unable to stop thinking about the encounter for days.
How did people on the internet react?
So she took to Reddit and asked if she had crossed a line or was being an asshole. The network unanimously made the decision, freeing her from the predicament. “NTA,” one woman responded, “that woman was rude and you give what you get.”
“She has no need to annoy you. Calling her friends and children over to laugh at you and your dog is extremely annoying and will piss anyone off.” The subreddit rallied behind Darlink to condemn the pet-shaming Dog woman.
